BH EnergyGap’s Partner, Keith Riley, is due to speak at the World Waste to Energy Summit on 22nd May 2014. The focus of his talk will be on overcoming early stage barriers to development, including his expertise in gaining planning permission for new facilities and achieving financial close.

Keith has been involved in the waste management industry at a senior level since 1993, and was responsible for the formation of Hampshire Waste Services, which, with Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth and Southampton created ‘Project Integra’. Hampshire’s success in recycling and recovering value from waste through an integrated network of facilities is now world famous, and formed the model in the UK on which modern waste management is based. Keith is currently owner of Vismundi Ltd, Chairman of Energy Gap Ltd and a Partner in BH EnergyGap LLP, having been previously Group Managing Director, Technology for Veolia Environmental Services UK in March 2012. Keith also holds non-executive directorships with the Institute for Sustainability, Waste 2 Tricity, Distributed Renewable Energy Networks (DRENL) and Solvert Ltd.

The World Waste to Energy Summit will be held on the 21st & 22nd May 2014 at the Grange City Hotel, London.
